Ciara E. Lister, Esq.
Founder and Managing Attorney
Ciara Lister has proudly called Naples, Florida, home for over 20 years. As the founder and managing attorney of Gulf Coast Law, P.A., Ciara brings not only a deep connection to the local community, but also a well-rounded background in law, business, and event coordination.
A proud University of Florida alumna, Ciara earned her Juris Doctorate on a full academic scholarship from Ave Maria School of Law and is licensed to practice in both Florida (Bar #1015511) and Nevada (Bar #15430). Her practice focuses on estate planning, real estate transactions, business law, probate law, and nonprofit advising, where her clients benefit from both her legal expertise and her passion for making complex matters approachable.
Before launching her legal career, Ciara built a foundation in hospitality and business administration, coordinating large-scale events such as the Hoggetowne Medieval Faire and Downtown Festival in Gainesville. She later served as the venue coordinator for the Florida Museum of Natural History and played a leadership role in the Monarch King Pollination Parade. Her natural creativity and organizational talent now enhance her legal practice and her work in the nonprofit space.
Ciara is also a proud board member of Wags to Wishes, a local animal rescue nonprofit, and has previously served on the board of Salty Dog Paddle. Her dedication to rescue animals is personal — she's the mom of two adopted bloodhounds, including Tuna, who was once abandoned but now enjoys a life full of love (and a little local fame).
Whether she’s crafting custom legal strategies or helping plan Southwest Florida’s annual Puppy Prom, Ciara leads with integrity, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.
Chuck Wilhelm
Real Estate Closer
With over two decades of experience in real estate and finance, Chuck Wilhelm brings unmatched industry knowledge and a client-first mindset to every closing.
Chuck’s career began in the early 2000s in mortgage lending, where he served in a range of roles — from loan officer to area sales manager — at some of the nation’s top financial institutions. His in-depth understanding of loan operations, processing, and the secondary market naturally led him to the title and closing side of real estate.
At Gulf Coast Law, Chuck serves as our dedicated closer, working hands-on with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure each transaction is smooth, secure, and stress-free. Known for his clear communication and personable approach, Chuck makes sure every client feels informed and supported from contract to closing table.
Whether the deal involves cutting-edge tech or face-to-face collaboration, Chuck’s goal remains the same: a seamless closing experience and total client confidence.
Jennifer Ballard
Real Estate Processor
With over 19 years of experience in mortgage, title, and real estate, Jennifer Ballard is the driving force behind our smooth and successful closings. As Gulf Coast Law’s real estate processor, she handles the behind-the-scenes details that keep every transaction on track — from contract to closing day.
Jennifer is known for her exceptional organization, sharp attention to detail, and warm, client-centered approach. She treats every file with the same level of care she’d want for her own family, ensuring that clients and partners feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Dedicated to staying ahead in a fast-paced industry, Jennifer continually refines our processes to deliver a streamlined and stress-free experience.
When she’s not managing closings, you can find her out on the water with her husband, daughter, and two beloved boxers — or in the kitchen testing out a new recipe.
